Secured Ordering Portal

With locations and sites all over the country our client was challenged with product consistency, inventory and bandwidth responding to numerous requests and needs. Rampart's solution was to create a secured portal where he as well as his team members could select from pre-approved safety products to ensure consistency as well as guaranteed inventory to meet prompt in-hands dates. While it is extremely rare, on occasion problems arise. Our client ordered a large amount of branded custom safety vests in specific sizes. The product was imprinted in our facility with our client's logo and then carefully repackaged for distribution. Upon usage, the client realized the XL's were rather small and appeared to be approximately the size of the Mediums. In an effort to stand by our client's and work towards a prompt and fair solution we issued a return label for the XL's to review. We indeed discovered there was an error in the manufacturer's production and the garments were indeed size Medium but labeled and packaged size XL. Rampart's first priority is our client and we quickly reproduced all of the XL's for delivery within 3 days. All of the logistic and replacement details were handled behind the scenes. Issues do occur with freight providers, product, human error, etc. but with Rampart you have a partner who will work in collaboration to resolve quickly and fairly...it's our commitment.
Having a dedicated partner is essential but having a partner with experience and extreme levels of expertise is rare. Part of our service is understanding your brand, your needs and your product. An example being, during a routine inventory & replenishment check at our client's facility, one of Rampart team members recognized our client had harnesses in their facility that were not up to date or to current regulations. We value our clients and treat their individuals as members of the Rampart team. Immediately recognizing the concern and recommending appropriate replacements was necessary and something appreciated by our client. We feel that innovation is everywhere and either we are adapting or we are falling behind. At Rampart, we are constantly exploring new products and when we feel appropriate, introducing to those specific clients who may find them valuable. Case in point, with numerous clients in the construction and industrial world we know illumination is extremely important. Via an introduction through Rampart's sister company 3tree Marketing Co. we were introduced to a new product called the Guardian Angel utilized by law enforcement. Immediately recognizing the potential value to our clients we were able to introduce the product, with samples, to our valued partners well prior to the product being seen within the industry. The results have been very positive and placing an innovative life saving product in the hands or our clients well before being available anywhere else is something we are proud of. We are constantly examining the landscape and thinking about useful innovation for our clients and partners.
